Speaking Engagments

As a motivational and public speaker, I have several presentations that can be shared in groups of all sizes: community groups, Church groups of all faiths, and groups that support women's causes. I teach on improving self-image, finding the courage to change, having hope and overcoming defeat. These are messages I have shared for more than eight years with women at the House of Hope, a drug treatment center in Salt Lake City.

To LDS Young Women's groups and Relief Soceity groups, I share a beautiful, spiritually uplifting presentation called, "The Beauty of Virtue" which focuses on loving yourself from the inside out.

Significance of the White Lily

Spiritually the lily represents Christ's sacrifice, described in the book of Ephesians as a sweet smelling aroma to God. Described as being the whitest of flowers, the lily represents purity. The beautiful, tall flower head hanging depicts Jesus' humility; Philippians 2:6-8. While the hearty root, supporting up to fifty bulbs, speaks directly to the death, resurrection and the fruit brought forth from the singular sacrifice of the Son of God. John 15:8 and 1 John 12:24.
